I have a love/hate relationship with Wordpress. All of my sites run on it, but people love to try and hack it. With this in mind, I always use my media hosts feed. This way if the website goes down, my podcast lives on. A great free/inexpensive tool is Manage WP and I use it to backup my sites (as well as update plugins).
