I met Ty at an online event and he was explaining how he is having decent success, I had to hear his show. This episode was a bit of an unorganized, drunken, trainwreck. If that is what you are looking for, they do it well. Here is what I would recommend.
1. Buy a domain at www.coolerwebsites.com and if nothing else point it at your anchor page (better go to www.trypodpage.com and make a decent website with your domain).
2. Everybody gets a mic. Sharing a mic creates sub-par audio.
3. Know what you're going to say BEFORE you press the microphone.
4. Edit silly mistakes out of your show.
