I do like the QR code, just remember not everyone uses an iPhone or Apple product. A LARGE number of people outside the US use android phones.
For me, why not provide a link to YOUR website where people can subscribe on whatever platform they want (cause you provided buttons) and if you're marketing via Facebook, you can place the pixel.
